Directions

East Hendred is situated off the A417 Wantage-Reading Road.
If coming from the M40 going south down the A34 you need to exit at Milton Interchange. At the lights get in lane for Wantage and go under A34 take 4th exit signposted Wantage up the hill. Go straight ahead at lights at top of hill then 500 yards ahead take right turn 'Featherbed Lane' by Q Gardens fruit stall. Follow twisty road to the end when at Tjunction turn right A417 Wantage. After 600 yards take 1st turn left into East Hendred..
Long straight road into village take 3rd turn right Orchard Lane. Carry straight ahead past Plough Pub on left until you come to crossroads. Go straight ahaed into Mill Lane(Hendred Sports Club sign at Junction) and after 600 yards East Hendred Sports Club is on your left up a steep drive to car park.

If coming from the South(ie up from Newbury) up the A34 exit at Chilton by the Garden Centre.
At end of slip road turn left signposted towards Wantage and go past Rutherford Appelton Laboratory on you left.
Carry straight ahead to Rowstock rounadbout bear Nissan Garage and turn left at rounabout A417 to Wantage.
Go past Featherbed Lane on your right and take next left turn into village. Take 3rd turn right Orchard Lane, past The Plough Pub unitl you reach crossroads on a bend. Go straight ahead Mill Lane(Hendred Sports Club sign at Junction) After 600 yards turn left up steep drive into Sports Club car Park
